Group Ltd Headquarters, Fitzrovia, London 12,000m² Raised Access Floor 11,000m² of Medium grade MERO Raised Access Floor for office areas, with an additional 800m² of Barre Grey Granite sourced from Vermont bonded to Calcium Sulphate panels for the prestigious ground floor entrance, basement atrium and lift lobbies.This project has been challenging due to its position of restricted access meaning all materials had to be delivered on small vehicles in a Just In Time manner. Centre, East Grinstead, West Sussex 3,500m² Raised Access Floor 3,500m² Extra Heavy Grade Calcium Sulphate panel factory bonded with Tarkett Antistatic vinyl covering, with floor heights ranging from 800mm to 1000mm. System includes bolt on stringers and a large quantity of Aluminium Air distribution Grilles to main data halls. Additional Medium Grade system was installed on upper level for office accommodation, and a slave floor was also installed to all main areas allowing overhead works to be carried out without damage to the Vinyl finish.
