Our preferred size of project would be New Build Cat A Commercial office space in excess of 5000m², or for the Fit Out and refurbishment market we would be suited to projects in excess of 2000m². Where specialist finishes are required, we will tender for selective smaller projects. -

		Consultancy We are able to take a brief and develop it into a scheme that meets your expectations. By being involved with the design of the raised floor from concept, we can ensure that all factors relating to the building fabric and services are considered, to ensure there are no conflicts of interest between the raised floor and under floor services as can often be the case. We can offer a turnkey approach to ensure complete fluency of the design brief is carried through to installation, ensuring programme is achieved and within budget. -
		Project Management We will manage the process of installation to ensure that materials and labour are sourced to achieve programme, and a designated project manager will be appointed to oversee installation and health and safety requirements. -
		Design We have our own in house design team who can prepare layout drawings and provide technical assistance in choosing the correct floor.. -
